A group recently conducted a study asking more than 1,200 professional chefs in United States to come out with trendiest items on their menus. Fifty percent of Americans states they would love to add up more antioxidants to their diets so that it act as an anti-aging material for them, according to Harry Balzer, author of Eating Patterns in America and vice president of the NPD Group, a national consumer- and marketing-research group.
