Aging signs can make a person really depressed, they are hard to deal but what if you know the things you should to fight aging. With the apt information you don't need to get tensed and you can definitely look years younger than you really are. Few things which women really get worried about is the wrinkles, excess weight, cellulite and the puffy areas around your eyes are few among the many.

Wrinkles are the resultant of quite few things. First ensure that you stay hydrated. Dry skin is often more prone to wrinkles faster than oily and combination skin. Ensure that you protect your skin from the damage of UV rays. Search for a good quality wrinkle on which you rely on an every day basis, ensure that the cream contains anti oxidants and moisturizes for good results.
Have a control over your excess weight
Gaining weight becomes easier as you tend to become older. However there are cases where people struggle with excessive weight at all levels. This almost depends on the metabolism. For this what you can probably do is that you can eat small meals at regular interval, such that you do not overeat at one sitting. Avoid eating food with high sugar content. Ensure that you exercise atleast thirty minutes in a day.
Avoid Cellulite
Incase even if you stay fit, deposits of fat can get collected in some areas, such deposition is called cellulite. There are quite few creams available to combat cellulite. These creams will help you to reduce the cellulite as well as prevent it from developing more.

The usual pattern of the long-established demographic poise in Arab countries has been altered in present decades. One of the outcomes of the demographic change from high to low fertility and high to low death has been the development in the age makeup of population. In Arab countries, the declining fertility rates have resulted significant changes in the age pattern of the population.
These changes are displayed by a sharp boost in the proportion of the working-age people (aged 25-64), a turn down in the young age group (aged 0-14), and a slow although steady increase in the aged persons as cleared to be 65 and above in the Arab region.

The first grey hair, the beginning of an expanding waist and the initial wrinkle are all the indications of one getting old. Many of the reason for aging are still not totally understood - but what is obvious is the human body simply wears out and cells do not renew themselves. The common misconception that medical science has increased the human lifespan is unfortunately untrue. Medical advances have increased the average life expectancy, meaning statistically more people are seeing well into their old age. There are many factors which cause aging of your skin - pollution, smoking, chronological aging, hormone depletion, immune suppression, oxygen depletion, collagen destruction, reduced cell turnover, abnormal cell formation, decreased fat content, intercellular deficiency etc. It is these multiple reasons for skin aging which make a single type of treatment not possible. One of the reasons why aged skin looks more transparent and thinner than younger skin is because younger skin has more fat cells in the dermis than older skin. As we grow in years, the supporting fat tissues decrease, the bone density deteriorates and facial muscles lose their firmness. While all these processes are going on, the skin continues to grow and expand, this is why the skin begins to sag, and the face takes on an ever more haggard look. With aging, the water-retaining and texture-enhancing components of the skin become exhausted and no longer replenish as well as they should. Collagen and Elastin, the skin's support structures get damaged. Older skin, because of its weakening immune system, is more susceptible to allergic reactions. Yet another factor is the cells stop regenerating at the same rate or in the same way as they did when we were younger. Abnormally shaped cells change the texture of the skin and prevent it from retaining water. This is why you find older skin usually drier than younger skin. Many companies claim to manufacture products which combat the symptoms or cause of aging. DNA and RNA products even claim to counteract the depletion produced by your cells genetic coding. Certain companies use collagen and elastin into their products with god intentions. But unfortunately they are not able to bond to the collagen and elastin in your skin. They merely work as moisturizing ingredients, refreshing the top layer of skin and giving a temporary youthful look. Other companies use ingredients like ceramides and hyaluronic acids, but there is no scientific research to establish that they prevent the skins from aging. The simple fact is that growing old is inevitable and all one can do is to counteract the sun and slow the entire process. It is mostly exposure to sun that damages the skin. If you're going out in the sun use a high factor sunscreen. Use Cleanser to keep your skin clean and clean skin will help any healing the skin needs. Also regularly washing your face increases circulation and improves cell regeneration. Please also know that a moisturizer or mask with RETIN-A helps arrest abnormal cell production caused by sun damage. Fruit acids or Alpha hydroxyl acids are non-abrasive exfoliators and masks which make your skin smoother and softer. Vitamin E is good because it also is a natural skin moisturizer, also try vitamin C as it helps collagen production. Any medical professional will tell you that Vitamin A is the answer for young looking wrinkle-free skin. Revitalize your skin with retinol, which is the purest form of vitamin A, and has been clinically proven to help retain skin glow. Retinol is one of the few substances, which has a molecular structure small enough to penetrate the outer layer of your skin.

If you wish to remain young, fasten those sneakers and move on to the pavement. New study recommends running regularly cuts down the effect of aging. This was reviewed at Stanford University School of Medicine. Researchers came across 500 older runners for more than two decades and found that elderly joggers have fewer disabilities, remained fit and aging-free for longer than non-runners.
"The study has a very pro-exercise message," said Dr. James Fries, the study's senior author, in a news expose. "If you had to pick one thing to make people healthier as they age, it would be aerobic exercise." The new results are published in the recent issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine.

Many of us worsen our skin condition by trying out too many things at a time. Although our skin doesn't require that much to keep it glowing. Each step you adopt must be easy, quick and basic. First of all to follow a good skin regimen you must know your skin type. Many of us don't use products which match up to the skin type. Here are some tips which can help you to know your skin types:
You can identify your skin types by identifying your skin types by washing your face three to four times and observing it after three hours.
- Dry skin: If you feel that your skin top to be tight and flaky, then this is an indication of dry skin.
- Oily skin: If you notice your nose, forehead and cheeks to be oily then this indicates that you are having oily skin.
- Combination skin: If you find oil only on your T area that is nose, forehead and chin and not on your cheeks then you possess a combination skin.
Once you are aware about your skin type then you can probably decide on your skin regimen.

According to an article by the NY daily news experts say that everyone should use sunscreen creams in order to protect from skin cancer. There is a belief that dark skinned people have a natural built in skin protection against sun rays. But experts say that they this is true about that dark skinned people have inbuilt protection but this does not indicate that they are immune towards sun damage.
Excess of exposure to ultraviolet light from sun rays or tanning beds leads the skin to cause cells called melanocytes to develop abnormally and develop into melanoma, the most serious type of skin cancer. The first sign of melanoma is a change in the size, shape or color of an existing mole although it also occurs on the body as a new growth. So prevent against the hazardous nature of skin cancer and do take good care of your skin by switching to moisturizers have sun protection enzymes.
